Testing methodology:  we took logs for a two week period from
September 7 to X and pruned them to only look at MITnet addresses
(thus excluding webcrawlers and spambots).  It is thus an accurate
measure of the usage of scripts.mit.edu from within the MIT community
(and it is quite conceivable that it is usable outwards as well).
