Project Updates =============== vzh: Cluedumps tomorrow, Edward Yang talks about Scripts in 3-133 at 8PM going until 10PM. Next week, as of today, I have contact with jis, and will be talking about CounchDB and its use at MIT. ine: afarrell and I had a meeting with Anne Hunter. We would really like to have an instructor for a C++ class, they would provide TAs and also pay. They also really wanted someone to do Ruby, although they can't guarantee pay. achernya: The short version is, downgrading. Around 4AM, the servers seemed to look nice and quiet again. graceful, restart fcgi, Edward then verified causes the load to drop. We configured FastCGI to kill off with idle much faster, so we no longer have a monotonically increasing memory usage. So now Scripts has reasonable load. lapentab: I'm trying to write a proxy that will redirect things from scripts-ip to scripts-test. I had a working software, but it turned out the package I was using wasn't open source. Don't ask me how I didn't notice.
