        vasilvv: We estimate ~300+ DNS A records which point at scripts-vhosts, so we'd need to contact at least 100 users to achieve renumbering.

        cela: I'm back on Hyades officially. ikdc is working on it too.

        adehnert: I spoke a few weeks ago with the tech licensing office about licensing recommendations. SIPB officially recommends MIT license, while they recommend BSD, so we wanted to figure out why TLO recommends BSD and it's because they think they're basically equivalent. There seems to be no clear distinction except that BSD was older, and suggesting MIT might be considered self-centered.

        achernya: One possible reason is "MIT license" is somewhat ambiguous. BSD 2-clause is unambiguous.

        adehnert: The recommendation is just BSD without a clause number. The justification is not written anywhere. I think we should stick with our recommendation for the MIT license, and put it back in AFS or vote on it again.
