Administrivia:

        mrittenb: As part of MIT's settlement with disability groups, we may need to put a link to accessiblity.mit.edu on some websites.

        wmoses: And all audio or video needs to be captioned.

        wmoses: We are still waiting for SAO to get back about SMR access. It's reasonable for them to take a while, as everything is on fire.

        dbopp: What is SMR?

        gshay: I found out that last year, the walrus operator was added to python

        arpl: Like c where assignment is an expression, returns a value, you can use it in loops

        bds: paragon submitted a patch for a read write driver for NTFS, it needs lots of work, but we might have a kernel driver for Windows file system

        quentin: today was the first day of school in many areas, also the first zoom outage of the fall, also canvas and something else
