Minutes of the EC Meeting of 10 September 1979



The meeting was called to order at 19:15 by CAH.

In attendance were CAH, JIS, RLL, PAE, CWH and various non-EC members.

	Note was made that BIM has resigned from the EC and also withdrawn from
MIT in order to go to France for Honeywell.  Therefore there is a vacant
position on the EC.  There was a motion to hold an EC election during the
meeting on 17 September 1979.  Moved by RLL, seconded by JIS, passed 5-0.

Meeting adjourned at 19:17 by CAH.
