Minutes of the SIPBEC meeting of 26 April 1982

The meeting of the SIPB Executive Committee was called to order
at 22:31 by William M. York.

In attendance were Jay, Barmar, J9, WMY, Naha, c/.

This meeting was called in order to amend the By-Laws of the
Student Information Processing Board.  The proposal is to change
the wording of Article IV, Section 4, Sentence 2: insert the word
"calendar" between the words "last" and "month", so that the
sentence will now read "...at the first meeting of the last
calendar month of the Spring term...".  The purpose of this
amendment is to prevent any misinterpretation of the current
sentence.  Amendment passes unanimously

The meeting was adjourned at 22:35.
