Here are some temporary instructions to make changes to the tap access for the office. Feb 17, 2025 by rgabriel 1. Go to engage.mit.edu. Under Groups, click on SIPB's name. 2. Go to members. 3. (While you're at it.) Search the member and click on "Edit Member Tags" and add the "Keyholder" tag. 4. Click on "Edit Administrative Tags" and add the "Office Access" tag. Make sure that it now shows up as a tag. 5. Email caclocks with the kerbs of people to grant office tap access to. NOTE: The new EC has yet to discuss what should happen with tap access, since colclark asked to make it useable and the list of members has been hard coded so far. Some possibilities are: 1. Add the CAC emailing process as part of the things the secretary has to do when keyholderizing someone. 2. Get rid of tap access altogether. 3. (My preferred option) Make a new moira list for tap access ACL and ask for it to be added to the actual PACS moira list, gsc-clearance-w20-557. I believe SOLE should be able to do that, and otherwise IS&T should have enough power to. This is technically possible, and is the case for ec-community.
