Orientation Report: '() IAP Report: xela: It is time for people who are thinking about thinking about teaching a class next IAP to think about talking to me. Anniversary Report: jhawk: How much do we suck? gisele: Currently, we suck a lot. Nobody was able to deal with paper invitations in time. Since this is now less than a week away, there will not be paper invitations. I'm looking for people to deal with getting food and people to deal with setting up and cleaning up on Sunday. I don't have time this week to deal with this, so if somebody doesn't volunteer it's not going to happen, and that would really suck a lot. belmonte: What and when needs to be setup? gisele: Set up would entail bringing food from wherever we store it, and getting the grill started. [belmonte gets very excited about fire and volunteers to help.] gisele: Great; I still need someone to go and get food once we've determined how much food to get. Please RSVP to sipb-rsvp if you're thinking about coming. I'm hoping to have an approximate number of people so we can deal with money stuff for paying for food. Does anyone think it would be a bad idea for SIPB to pay for the BBQ? [No.] tb: Move to allocate $1000 for food. [xela seconds] hartmans: Friendly amendment to allow for paying for paper plates, BBQ supplies, etc. [white-ballot, motion passes] gisele: Still need someone with a car to get food. kilroi has offered to help. This should happen Friday or Saturday, or early Sunday. xela: Anyone who's going to be at USENIX during the BBQ should look at the message board for plans of some sort of remote anniversary party.
