ALIVE demo:  Thad, 3rd floor, rm 368

To get in, call Derek at x3-0360.  Since Thad doesn't want more than
10 or 15 people, you should probably split into 2 smaller groups and
have one go to the garden and one to see ALIVE.  Then the groups can
switch.  Should take about an hour total.


AI/Leg labs:

Robots:  Ian and Cat, ne43, 7th floor playroom
Leg lab: Jessica, ne43, 006

Cat said she'd leave the door to the seventh floor open, so you should
be able to just go in.  Jess'll leave the door to the Leg lab open.
If your group is less than 20 or so, you can just take it to one of
these spots and then the other.  If it's more than 20 you should
probably split it in half and have one go to each spot.  Arrange a
place to meet again afterwards before going on to the next location.

e40/w20:

e40:  Janet Daly, 358F
w20:  SIPB, whoever's there

Take them to e40 first.  Find Janet Daly.  If you can't get in the
building, her number is x3-0194.  You should be able to take everyone
as one big group (up to 32 people).  She'll show them around.  Then
take them to SIPB.  If the meeting is still going on, show them the
meeting.  Otherwise, get whoever's there to tell them a little about
what SIPB is and what it does.

You should split up the groups in the Media lab (unless your group is really small).  You can in the AI lab if you want, but it's probably better to keep the group together if it's not too big.  Try not to split the groups up for e40 and w20, since e40 will take significantly longer than sipb will.

Try to meet in 6-120 between 9:30 and 10pm.  Talk will start whenever
everyone gets there.  You can all get free food too.
