Information: A detailed exposition of the principles involved in designing analog circuits in MOS LSI. Device physics, small signal and large signal models, biasing, basic circuit building blocks, operational amplifier design, large signal considerations and principles of switched capacitor networks. Applications: fully integrated filters, comparators, A/D and D/A converters, and other signal processing circuits.
