Information:
This is a new course that will cover fundamental topics on how the brain gives rise to behavior. We will have lectures that give a brief overview on a topic followed by discussions of selected publications. This course aims to provide students with both a historical view of various neurotransmitter or neuromodulatory systems and a current up-to-date understanding of how research is conducted at the forefront of neuroscience today.
