The bounce filter temporarily replaces the sound
stream with sound from a fraction of a beat earlier
in the song.  By applying this filter in time with
the music, it is possible to double or drop beats.

The bounce filter has one parameter, the amount of
delay.  This is displayed as a multiple of
one-eighth beat; a value of four corresponds to
half of a beat.
