Subject: AtPlotter documentation bug

In version 4 of the AtPlotter, there is an error in the AtAxis man
pages.  The arguments for AtAxisGetLocation should be in this order:
axis, x1, y1, x2, y2.  (In the documentation, y1 and x2 are reversed.)
