That Prince Ralph Venificus is wanted by the Crown of North Chelmsland
on Charges of High Treason, Abduction, and possibly Others.

He shall be Apprehended immediately, that Justice might be properly
served upon him.  Sheltering him from the Law will be considered High
Treason.
