Starting mh-rmail:

Mh-rmail exists only inside GNU Emacs; in Emacs, type the command M-x mh-rmail. You should first see the message Loading mh-e...done, and then inc +inbox...done. You are now in an ``mh folder buffer,'' called +inbox, showing the summary lines for the new messages (not coincidentally, the output from the inc command). The folder initially only contains the new summary lines. If you wish to see all the mail you have in the folder, type M-r to ``rescan'' the folder. If you get new mail while in a folder buffer, use the i command to ``inc'' new mail. sloppypar
