Taking inventory
It is possible to see what messages you have in your RMAIL file
by using C-M-h or h. This will split your emacs buffer
into two buffers. The summary buffer will show a single line listing
for every message (even the deleted ones) in your file. This lists
the message number, followed by a D if the message has been
deleted, date, sender, and subject for each message. A similar
summary can be generated for particular recipient(s) using
C-M-r; you will be prompted in the mini-buffer for the recipients to
include. It is possible to scroll through the summary buffer using
normal emacs control keys (e.g. C-p, C-n, C-v,
M-v, ).
