.SH DESCRIPTION
.I Dump_db
dumps an NDBM database of individuals for the print quota service.
The database argument is the complete path of the database if it's
not in the current directory. Only the root name of the database is
needed. The suffixes are dealt with automatically.

The results of this operation are placed in dump_file.
