Subject: names for manual pages for AtPlotter package (v4)

I am running SUNOS 4.1 on Sun3s and Sun4s.  Our manual page package doesn't
find manual pages with the extension ".3X", but ".3x" works just fine.
If you could change this in the makefile, it would be nice.
