I've picked up AtPlotter.v4 from laura-palmer.mit.edu and added Greg's patches
from his mail message with the header

Are there other patches that fix core dumping problems? I'm linking with
Sun's /usr/lib/debug/malloc.o, and enabling strict checking
(malloc_debug(2)), and calling malloc_verify(). I seem to bomb inside
AtPlotter package, last I checked.

I'd appreciate any hints on finding these problems, or in getting a less buggy
version of AtPlotter.

Thanks much.
