EVERYBODY
Give Amanda Receipts from Spring  break BY SATURDAY OR NO GUARANTEES
-SGIBIS: Everybody by 3 for  xprod sound check. 
-SGIBIS: Concert 4-6
- SkitMeeting after rehearsal on  Monday (3/05)

Somebody--DELEGATE
- Find CD covers, send CDs and thank  you notes to Spring break people

- Some people need to help set up sound at SGIBIS (12:15pm @ the CFL) 
- Somebody(s) who knows how to run sound (like Ken) for sound checks by 2 (sound checks start at 2, 10 minutes each)
- Make a facebook group/invite for BIDB

- Somebody (NOT SHION) needs gets to do concert programs for our spring concert.


Pitch
- send out list of exec positions so people can start  thinking about them- jacob and I going to take a look at the exec list  that we have and see if there needs to be any edits....
- compiling spring break files/folders/etc for future reference and also send gig info to Zeke/JR
- thank you letters & CDs to send to gigs  (also working with Kellie).
- Give Dan Wendel song breakdown spreadsheet by  Friday night
-SGIBIS: e-mail out details to group  and ask for attendance for both GBIS attendnace.

I.  Spring Break
- Compile list of "Best Spring Break Decisions" and "Worst Spring Break Decisions" on wiki (pitches has started doing this, but everyone should contribute)

-  reimbursements- how are receipts going, and what should come out of  xprod account and what should be divided up w/i the group...

- food ---> will probably collect money from group

2.  Money Stuff

5. Break It Down Boston
About 140 people attending just with a cappella groups

-"This is Isaac's baptism and I would love is Cross Products could come and  sing something during the service (which starts at 10am and is over  before 11:30).  I realize this is during finals/recording week and it's a  busy time so it's alright to say "no".  I don't want to overload you,  but I thought I'd put it out there." - Janelle
