Did anyone get back to him on this? If not, could someone who knows
the state of the non-UNIX versions please do so?

REGARDING Discuss
I read your article "An Electronic Conferencing System for a distributed
computing environment" and would like to know more about "discuss".

I am the Chairman of an International Technical Panel on communications
(STP-8). We work with other countries, member of TTCP (The Technical
Cooperation Program). TTCP is an organization involving research
Establishments of Australia, Canada, United States, United Kingdom, and New
Zealand. The goal is to share research.

A software like "discuss" would be extremely valuable within our
organization, as it would greatly help to improve exchange between the
members.

Would it be possible to have more information on it, e.g., does it run from
any machine (mac, sun, pc) ? would it be possible - through our US members
(mostly defence establishment) - to set up discussion forums for our
technical panels ? Is it possible to experiment with it (by having a
temporary account on "discuss") ?

Thanks for your help.
