well-known joseki, is there a really punishing rebuttal, or is
this just one of those times to lean back and take satisfaction
from obtaining a definite, but subtle, advantage (even though the
opponent may think he's come out well ahead)?  Would you say that
the result is bad for White?  If so, how bad?]
