Subject: Fix the nightly sipb locker release?

Is someone going to fix things so that the sipb locker is once again
released automatically each night?

I don't feel comfortable doing it because I'm not the one who
installed it in the first place.

It doesn't do much good for me to install fixed programs in the sipb
locker when it's not getting released.
