Subject: meeting.DISCUSS@charon works now

The sendmail hack that runs dsmail for this type of address calls dsmail
with the -s option, which is not implemented in the Athena dsmail. I
have installed the 1.7EXL dsmail as /usr/local/bin/dsmail, and made the
sendmail.cf use that for incoming messages of the form
meeting.DISCUSS@charon. Note that I did not replace
/usr/athena/bin/dsmail on the local srvd. It is still being used for
the majority of the discuss meetings.

I am using the meeting.DISCUSS alias for the vi-users@athena -> VI Users
discuss meeting feed. I don't think any other lists are using it,
because it wouldn't have worked (the sendmail.cf had /usr/local/dsmail
in it, which did not exist.)

I suppose if anyone wants to use the subject-matching facilities of the
new dsmail, they can change their feed to point to
meeting.DISCUSS@charon rather than meeting-mtg@charon, but I haven't
been doing dsmail work, so I don't know offhand whether the dsmail I
yanked out of the exl build tree to put in /usr/local/bin is stable; I'm
willing use it with a meeting I maintain, but I'm not going to take the
risk of installing it for use with all meetings.
