Subject: Old Bytes


It seems to me that old Bytes are a useful resource for the SIPB to
keep around.  I know that when I was active, we'd refer to the back
issues once in a while.

If the collection is complete, we should at the least donate it to 
the library or sell it to someone who can use it.
