From: Judson Harward <jud@ceci.mit.edu>

Convened a meeting of the ADL Kibbitzers and Cartoon Club this
morning. The following motions were moved and passed:

	1) Assignment will be represented as =.
	2) One way constraints will be represented as =@ and two-way as @=@.
We thought this was a particularly delicious curve ball, switching
the side the @ appears on. Our rationale is that the constraint
assignment is performed on or "at" a change on the RHS, but the
reason for the change is sheer perversity.
	3) Asynchronous messages will be represented as |>.
