\cenquote{``But who watches the watchmen?''\\``Easy: I do.''}{--Samuel
  Vimes, \emph{Discworld}}

If you have this greensheet, you are a member of the \bLaundry{}'s
secret Internal Security division. You have been given the authority
by the Audit Commission to root out traitors, spies, and other
lawbreakers within the \bLaundry{} itself.

The existence of \gIntSec{} itself is a secret. Revealing that secret
to the wrong person may cost you your job - or worse. However,
finding a trusted ally in a position of authority could make your
mission easier. Your task should mostly be accomplished through
careful observation. Keep your ears and eyes open, and listen for
anything that seems to be out of the ordinary.

Any of the following are violations of the \bLaundry{}'s policies. Note
that some imply that the suspect is dangerous; exercise caution at all
times. Also keep in mind the existence of extenuating circumstances -
one may violate the letter of the law while remaining true to the
spirit.

\begin{itemize}
  \item{Defecting or attempting to defect from \bLaundry{}.}
  \item{Mutiny against the lawfully appointed leaders of the \bLaundry{}.}
  \item{Being an agent of a foreign power.}
  \item{Being in possession of a firearm which one is not licensed to
  carry.}
  \item{Possessing, accessing or attempting to access materials or
  information which one is not cleared for.}
  \item{Attempting to tamper with or destroy \bLaundry{} equipment.}
  \item{Being under demonic influence.}
  \item{Using an unapproved summoning method.}
  \item{Tampering with one's records.}
  \item{The murder of any being whose soul is native to this plane.}
\end{itemize}

Using the geas described below will determine the truth of an
accusation, but it will also reveal that you are a member of
\gIntSec{}. It should \emph{only} be used to verify something you are
already sure of. Abuse of this power could earn you a visit from the
Audit Commission, and that's the \emph{last} thing you want. Be
careful - if a suspect is possessed by a sufficiently powerful demon,
this geas could fail to work - or worse. Also note that it will not
work on a member of the \bBlackChamber{} or a non-human.

\begin{enum}[Directions]
  \item Find the person you suspect. Unless you wish to reveal your affiliation
    to everyone, you should get them alone.
  \item Show them your \gIntSec{} warrant card.
  \item Incant the following: \emph{``In the name of Claude Dansey and by the
    authority of the Audit Commission, I hereby exercise subsection four clause
    seventeen paragraph one of the Official Secrets Act and bind you to
    answer the question I put to you.''}
  \item Ask them, ``Are you guilty of [crime]?'', where the crime is
    selected from the above list. They are required to answer ``yes''
    or ``no''. If applicable, you should give them a chance to
    explain extenuating circumstances.
\end{enum}

If a person is guilty of a crime, you should restrain them and summon
\cLaundryCaptain{} or \cNegotiator{}, either of whom have the authority
to arrest and (if they deem it necessary) execute a captive.

Good luck. The fate of the \bLaundry{} may be in your hands.
