You recognize that device -- Item \#\iSoulMachine{\MYnumber} is an
Enochian Binding Matrix! You recognize the technology from some of the
more occult research you've done with the \bLaundry{}, although it's a
device the \bLaundry{} would never manufacture or use itself. The
device, in short, is a soul prison -- it can be used to capture and
contain the soul of a helpless victim. You wince, slightly, at the
thought of your own human soul, now so dear to you.

And \ldots your demonic perception is tingling. This device is
charged! There's a human soul trapped in there!

Your special training with the \bLaundry{}, combined with your innate
demonic powers, would allow you to manipulate this device, if you
desire. A human soul is a powerful thing, and channeling the entropy
released by its destruction could help you accomplish things far
beyond your current abilities, such as breaking a very powerful
geas. On the other hand, that's a human soul! If its poor owner is
still alive and you could find them, you could restore their soul to
them.

\subsection*{If you want to destroy the soul}
\end{centering}

\begin{enumerate}
\item Find a GM and indicate what you want to do with the released
  energy
\item Find an operational {\bf Base Mainframe}
\item Spend two minutes tuning the device
\item Go to a research lab
\item Spend five minutes working on the device
\item Destroy the device, and consult the GM
\end{enumerate}

\subsection*{If you want to return the soul to its owner}
\end{centering}

\begin{enumerate}
\item First, find the soul's owner. There's no guarantee they're
  anywhere around here -- or even alive.
\item Find a GM
\item Find a {\bf screwdriver} and a {\bf sledgehammer}
\item Spend two minutes preparing the device
\item Take the device and the owner to the waterfront
\item Spend 3 minutes with both you and the owner's hands on the
  device.
\item Destroy the device and consult the GM.
\end{enumerate}
