These are instructions for how to construct a program that will close a 
Class IV rift. You will need to construct a device capable of storing 
the program and uploading to to various terminals. The materials needed 
to construct this device are stored in a number of labs in Dunwich. The 
first six pieces can be found in the Turing Lab.

Six more pieces can be found in the Church Lab.

Six more pieces can be found in the Dansey Lab.

The final six pieces can be found in the Lovecraft Lab.

Once you have constructed the device, bring it to each of the base's 
mainframes in succession, and upload it with a four-count while the 
mainframe is operational. Now, it's up to the Computational 
Demonologists to make sure the computers stay up.
