This directory has changed as follows since R3:

     o	cpp macros now used for all parameters.
     o	better support for System V.
     o	support for new platforms (Cray, AT&T, Sony, PMAX, Tek).
     o	build parameters for imake and makedepend now in imakemdep.h.
     o	ccflags now named ccimake.
