Here are the sources for the Mentor Toolbox.  They are based on a
dialog box developed by Joel Kehle.  The subdir "dialogs" contains
the dialog box prototypes for closing the toolbox (toolbd) and
running a more versatile version of ispell from the toolbox (ispeld).
A similar one needs to be created for the xgraph option of the Toolbox,
and the existing ones need to be integrated into toolbox.c and made
to function.

Webster.bitmap is my dictionary icon for the SIPB's version of webster.
Provisions should be made to attach the SIPB NFS locker when this option
is called, else it will merely spawn another c-shell.

box.help should be updated when the dialog boxes are integrated into the
toolbox source.

Update the *resfile variable in toolbox.c when it is installed, so
it will know where to look for the resource files associated with
the boxes.  It is currently hard-coded to work; change the coding to
reflect the path in the new installation.
