         -everyone is welcome to come
      MacGregor House Judcomm:
-Dormitory Council thinks that MacGregor Judcomm is very
successful and would like all dorms to have student mediation
          of disputes
-Dormitory Council would like to know what MacGregor Judcomm is
          doing
-discussion about visibility of Judcomm, whether people go to
          Judcomm with their problems
      Alcohol Initiative:
-Dorm Comm Alcohol Initiative: tougher alcohol policy
-the people who register the event and Anand are responsible if
          something goes wrong
         -less liability placed on MIT
-bartenders: should go through TIPS training, which teaches
responsible bartending. Would like to have a pool of responsible,
          trained bartenders to draw from.
      MacGregor House Constitution:
-all Entry Chairs should read through the Constitution
-revisions to the Constitution will be discussed at the next

New Business
      Room Assignments:
-the Room Assignments Chair (Pratip) would like a complete room
          list by April 6
-confirmation cards and house-to-house switches are due by April 7
-everyone must fill in a confimation card or a room in MacGregor
          will not be guaranteed
-those who are unsure about moving should pick a room anyway, just
in case. The assignments are flexible and can change.
      Athletics:
-Basketball Tournament is this weekend. Schedules are out.
Everyone should know who they are playing. No one has to ref.
      Athletic Facilities:
-there is a new radio for the weight room
-the radio will be secured in the weight room
      Cardreader for Low Rise door:
-Anand will look into the possibility of getting a cardreader for
the door that leads from the low rise to the convenience store
      Community Service:
-the LINKs program is running successfully. If anyone is still
interested in being a LINKs volunteer, it isn't too late to join.

-Walk for Hunger is in May
      Recyling:

      Renting out rooms in MacGregor:
-the Activities Chair found out about other dorms that rented out
their rooms to different groups and what they charged
-issue brought up: if we charge, a lot of people will reserve our
rooms and MacGregor residents won't be able to use them
      Social:
-ideas for social events include: picnic at Walden Pond & a hiking
          trip in the White Mountains
-party: hire a MIT DJ, professional DJ, a regular band, or a band
          that plays covers?
