Policy for Entry Chairs to find people to work parties.
Issues discussed:
Entry Chairs shouldn't be responsible for getting people to work
Pay people to work at parties - will be too expensive.
High rise shouldn't need to provide as many people for the parties as Low rise does.
The fines collected for people not showing up to their shift can be split up amongst the entries where everyone showed up.
Conclusion
Entry Chairs will continue to be responsible for finding people to work parties.
Fines collected will go into the House Budget.
