Windows
	Feedback from entries:
A - Against wire mesh suggestion.
- Trifold windows do not provide sufficient ventilation - ventilation with current windows is poor as it is.
- Feel that installing new windows will not hinder suicides - people will simply find other routes.
- Suggest that the night watchman check all the lounge windows to ensure that the pins are in place on a weekly basis. Check student windows during the summer.
B - Want minimal changes
-Tamper proof pins
C - Should spend the money on preventive measures instead.
- Against changes in student rooms
- Should install tamper proof pins instead
D- Against replacement in student rooms.
E, F, G, H, J - not affected.
General

Should install tamper proof pins
The night watchman could check windows on a weekly basis

Entry Party policy
A draft of the Entry Party Guidelines has been written up. The final copy of the guidelines will be distributed to social and entry chairs, and will the available to all residents.
Comments from residents & HouseComm:
Don't need party policy. We're all college students living in a dorm setting, residents should be more tolerant -- parties only happen a few times a term.
Not necessary to append the guidelines to the constitution.
JudComm should come after Entry Tutors in the Chain of command - JudComm is before Entry Tutors as students may feel more comfortable speaking to students than to Tutors/House Masters.
The party policy is a resource not only for students but also for entry tutors and housemasters.
The party policy is not in place to shutdown parties or to enforce rules, but rather to provide a resource to students, other than the C.P's (who will shut down parties).
Instead of having a Chain of Command, have a hierarchy, students first, then Entry Tutors & House Masters, then C.P.'s
Results on whether a Party Policy is necessary:
Yes : 8, No 1, Abstain 1.
The draft of the entry party policy will be emailed out to all Entry Chairs. HouseComm will discuss and vote on the draft on May 1st. HouseComm will also vote on whether the party policy should go into the Constitution.

MTA 11:11pm.
