Ongoing:

• Whiteboard (8'x4') to be installed in the rear of the seminar room.
• RecRoom to consolidate all House video game systems into one cabinet.
• MacGregor has committed to providing the POWER series to its residents. This Fall's 1st quarter activities to include Tai Chi, Pilates, and Dance (Salsa and Swing) along with massage sessions throughout the term.
• Interactive events calendar, BBS, and room reservation system in planning.

HouseComm is responsible for: 

• social activities (brunches, formals, clambakes, etc.)
• improvement and maintenance of all common spaces (weight room, dark room, recreation room, music room etc.)
• managing house tax finances (all purchases made for activities, house transfers, subsidies, etc.)
• house team sports (UA field day, IM teams, etc.)
• rooming (freshmen assignments, transfers, rooming dispute resolution)
• ensuring resident satisfaction (surveys, GRT coordination, etc.)
• disseminating information (I3, house webpage, freshmen guides, mass emails, contact sheets)
• legislating and enforcing MIT and house policies (smoking policy, party policy, etc.)
• monitoring GRT and Housemaster involvement (retreats, tutor meetings, housemaster dinners)
• representing MacGregor to the MIT and outside community (liaisons to UA, DormCon, RLSLP, SAO, news organizations, MIT Administration)
