    - You'll get shown a username and two "Password" boxes
    - username is just your username (eg, "adehnert")
    - top is your *null* instance password
    - bottom is your Duo 2FA code (rather than the kinit 1/2/3, special things are "sms", "push", and "call" or "phone")
- Using VMware workstation or similar to connect
    - Workstation:
        - Available at https://ist.mit.edu/vmware-workstation (including for non-students)
        - "Connect to a remote server"; enter oc11-vcenter.mit.edu (no :9443) as the server
        - The cert will be invalid, with fingerprints:
          - SHA1:   71 92 E4 CE EA 0A 66 4F DC 61 F1 0A B3 4B 19 5B 38 1C 33 D1
