(1) Be forewarned that the grammar is too large to be compiled with normal yacc.
You may need to recompile yacc with more table space before using yacc on
mod2.gram.

(2) There are some additional bug fixes we have made dealing with dynamic
arrays; these fixes are not in the mkupdate file.  I hope eventually to
collect all the bug fixes we have made locally to dbx and distribute that
instead.
