Hi.  While I don't recognize that particular error, I can tell you
that one way to address certificate-related problems is to wipe out
any traces of previous certificates: quit Netscape, run

        athrun infoagents zap-certificates

from the athena% prompt, restart Netscape, and try to get certificates
again.

I also notice that you're pretty close to quota; if you were even
closer at the time, that may well have been the issue.
