New House CPW Social Event- Karaoke Nite will be held from 5pm to 11pm
in New House 4- first floor lounge.  ALL Houses are required to help in
setting up, operating the karaoke machine, or cleaning up.  Each House
has an assigned time slot (see below) in which at least 2 members from
your house MUST be present.  If no member of your house is present
during that assigned time slot, you will be penalized. Money will be
deducted from your house rush budget!!  I will be keeping
track of all the house members who show up, so be sure that at
least 2 people from your house help out.
Email me the contact
information (email, dorm phone #, room #) of the 2 people you have
assigned from your house to help out by Wednesday, April 3rd-11pm.

Time Schedule: Saturday, April 6th
**You must be present at least 10 minutes before your assigned time
slot so that i can show you how the karaoke equipment works**

3:30-5:00 PM :   Chocolate City (Set-up karaoke equipment, disco
ball/lights, food)
5:00-7:00 PM:       NH2 and NH3 (operate karaoke machine)
7:00-9:00 PM:       NH4 and NH5 (operate karaoke machine)
9:00-11:00 PM:     German House and Russian House (operate karaoke
machine)
11:00-12:00 PM:   Spanish House and French House (clean-up)
