- Never written a Guild game before, but want to?
- Always wanted to write a Guild game but didn't have the time?
- Written a million games, but have one more in you?
- Want to meet new and different people to write games with?
- Just a glutton for punishment?

THEN GUILD CAMP IS FOR YOU!!!!!

Guild Camp is a game-writing workshop being run by Jake Beal and
Benazeer Noorani. Participants will work on a game during a full-day
workshop on Saturday, July 6th, and run that game the next weekend on
Saturday, July 13th.

We are looking for GMs, both experienced and new, who want to
participate in the workshop, as well as players who want to play
the games created by the GM teams.

The workshop will take place Saturday, July 6th from noon to 11pm,
with a dinner break. Handout for the games will be Thursday, July
11th. The games will run on Saturday, July 13th from 12:30pm to
11:30pm, with various breaks.

Please return the attached application to guild-camp@mit.edu before
Wednesday, July 3rd --- enrollment is limited.

Phone Number:
Preferred method of contact?

Are you interested in being a GM?

Are you interested in being a player?

If you are interested in both, do you have a preference?

For GMs:
--------
How much assassin experience do you have? What games have you run
in the past? (This is so we can remember who you are, and know your
experience level, not an assessment of your writing ability)

Do you know how to use LaTeX?

Do you know how to use Template or GameTex?

Have you ever Production Czared a game before? (Don't worry if you
don't know what this is...)

For Players:
------------
How much assassin experience do you have? Who have you played in your
last three games? (This is so GMs can remember who you are, not an
assessment of your past play.)

Do you have any time constraints on Saturday, July 13th?

What sort of characters do you enjoy playing? What sort of
character would you like to play?

What sort of character do you want to avoid playing?

What mechanics do you like/dislike?

Do you mind being crosscast (having a character whose gender is not your
own)?

do you have any physical constraints?

Which is the most interesting to you: a beautiful role-playing moment,
cleverly winning your plot, finding out what everyone is up to, or
exploring the universe of game?

What casting decisions might be made that would cause you to turn in
your packet?

For Everybody:
--------------
Is there anything else you'd like to tell us?

Non-relevant, yet funny question?
