Just in case there's any confusion, here's what I envision the schedule for=
 climbers to be:

8 am Sat - leave boston
8am-11 or 12 - meander up to Kiersarge on back roads
12 - 3 - hike up and down Kiersarge (probably no more than 4 miles round=
trip) (we will have an 8 year old and a 3 year old with us)
3-5 buy food on the way up to Royalton
5 arrive Royalton and have dinner (or have dinner in Lebanon after shopping=
 if we're running late)
