			How To Start XBugchess
----------------------------------------------------------------------

1) Subscribe to the bugchess instance by typing (from the athena%
   prompt):
                 zctl add message bugchess \*

2) Put web's home directory in your path:

   		 add web

3) One of the four people starts bugchess as a server with the 
   command:

   		 xbugchess

4) The remaining three people join in with the command

		 xbugchess server-host-name.mit.edu

   where `server-host-name' is the name of the machine that the person
   running the server is logged into.

5) Move pieces by dragging with the left button.  Finalize your move
   (i.e., stop the clock and start your opponent's) by clicking the
   right button.
