MEETINGS reorganization to prevent dependency on unused meetings:
	luc_init() shouldn't initialize any meetings
	variables luv_qmtg, etc. should be replaced by functions
	clients will be required to initialize, e.g. luv_curmtgp=luc_qmtg()
