This file lists changes made to the X11 imake stuff to make it work
(better?) with Discuss.

o changed config/Makefile.ini to look in ./include instead of
../include

o copied Xosdefs.h into config/include

o replaced Project.tmpl and site.def entirely (that's the whole
point).  !!!DOCUMENT NEW RULES IN Project.tmpl!!!

o changed LDOPTIONS in Imake.tmpl to contain PROJECT_LDOPTS and
LDFLAGS.  Changed ALLDEFINES to contain PROJECT_DEFINES
