John R.B. Whittlesey <jrbw@marsh.rice.edu> has written a short guide
which introduces idraw to new users. The document and the sources for
it are available on interviews.stanford.edu (36.22.0.175) in the
directory contrib/idraw.guide:

contrib/idraw.guide/using.idraw.tar.Z
 - the compressed tar archive of latex sources
contrib/idraw.guide/using.idraw.ps.Z
 - the compressed postscript formatted document

You can reach John R.B. Whittlesey at jrbw@marsh.rice.edu or (713)
621-5933.
