Verisign Root Certificate Advisory
A Class 3 and Class 2 Verisign PCA root certificate expired on January 7, 2004. Read the Sun Alert for full problem descriptions and workarounds.

Java 2 SDK, Standard Edition J2SE 1.4.2_03
Version 1.4.2 is a maintenance release and introduces the minor enhancements and changes (since 1.4.1).

Java 2 SDK, Standard Edition J2SE 1.3.1_10
The full list of features, including features brought forward from previous versions of the SDK, is available.

JSR-206 Java API for XML Processing (JAXP) Public Review Draft 1.3
JAXP 1.3 defines a set of implementation independent portable APIs for processing XML and is a follow-on to JSR 63.

JSR-200 Network Transfer Format for Java Archives Specification 1.0 Public Review Draft
This JSR will define a dense download format for Java classfiles. It is expected that this format can achieve considerable size savings over compressed JAR files.

JSR-114 JDBC Rowset Implementations 1.0 Proposed Final Draft
The proposed specification will define the API's for implementations of the Rowset interface.
