The best place to look for support is the Red Hat Web site: http://www.redhat.com The Red Hat Support Center on our web site contains the FAQ, HOWTO, an archive of the mailing lists, Red Hat Tips, all the LDP and XFree86 documentation, and more. All of it is searchable by keyword! A mailing list, redhat-list@redhat.com, has been set up to be used for discussion of Red Hat Linux and related issues. Unless you purchase a CD-ROM produced by Red Hat Software, this is your best bet for support from the community. To subscribe to the list, send mail to redhat-list-request@redhat.com with the word "subscribe" in the body of the message. Other Red Hat lists can be subscribed to in a similar fashion: redhat-announce-list, redhat-devel-list, redhat-digest, and rpm-list. We can't guarantee any support here, but there are lots of Red Hat users and even some employees that read and respond often! There is a FAQ for Red Hat Linux. You can get the Red Hat FAQ by sending mail to faq@redhat.com for an automated reply (an empty message is fine) or via ftp at ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/RedHat-FAQ. Further information can be had at: ftp://ftp.redhat.com http://www.redhat.com
