General FTP Policy:

	Files can be retrieved at any time.  These files are for
	informational use only and are subject to whatever
	copyright, license, or other notice contained within them.

	We request that you always provide a working e-mail address
	when answering our FTP server's password prompt.  All
	transfers are logged with your hostname and e-mail address.

	Please do not do a recursive listing from the root of the
	archive.  We have prepared several master index files which
	you should obtain before perusing the archive:

	Index-byname   - Contains a complete listing of all the files
		         in the archive by name (including complete
		         path from the root of the archive).

	Index-byname.Z - A compressed version of the above file.

	Index-bytime   - Essentially the same as Index-byname 
			 except the listing is indexed by time
			 in decending order (i.e. newest -> oldest)
			 
	Index-bytime.Z - A compressed version of the above file.

	Adobe.general  - This file is not a listing file.  It contains 
			 general business information for Adobe Systems
			 Incorporated.  Many customers request this
			 information so we've put it at the top level
			 of the archive.

	Note: The files in this archive are currently a mirror of
   	      the files obtained via the ps-file-server@adobe.com 
	      e-mail mechanism.  We will be combining the archive
	      and ps-file-server mechanism shortly eliminating the
	      need for this mirroring.
