There are 2 stages of death -- deleting it from the posting about List
of Periodic Information Postings, and then deleting it from our
archives (or, to be precise, the part of our archives associated with
the archive name in your posting).  I'll take the first step but not
the second, unless you tell me it should die the second death, too.

Alternatively, if the 'cost' was just the time to post, you could
register it once with our FAQ server and have it autoposted.  I don't
recommend this if people reading the newsgroup would find it
objectionable, but several *new* FAQs have been prompted by repeated
postings of unmaintained FAQs.
