Since you are planning long range expansion, you can go ahead and use
these archive names.  I'll change the database right now.

If you want the new part to fit into your naming scheme, you might want
to do something like

Subject: The Nordic FAQ - MINI-FAQ
Archive-name: nordic-faq/part0_MINI-FAQ

Several of the FAQ maintainers that post to news.answers have mini-faqs
or something similar, or a part0.  

So, I think everything should be all set for you to go ahead and start
posting now.  Thanks for corresponding with me and letting me know what
you want to do!
